Position Overview

We are looking for a personable, organized individual to assist clients throughout the vacation planning and reservation process. This remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating with customers, and keeping details organized.

You'll work with clients to understand their preferences and help research and coordinate travel arrangements that fit their needs.

What You'll Do

- Communicate with clients by phone, email, and online platforms

- Research vacation options based on client preferences and budgets

- Assist with accommodations, cruises, resorts, transportation, and activities

- Keep reservation details and client information organized

- Provide updates and support throughout the planning process

- Build positive, long-term client relationships

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

- Organized and detail-oriented

- Comfortable learning new online systems

- Reliable internet access

- Previous travel industry experience is not required

Training, resources, and ongoing mentorship are provided.

Basic Requirements
