Qualifications - Previous experience in a customer service, call centre, or administrative role, preferably within a healthcare setting. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and compassionate telephone manner. - Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. - Proficiency in using computer systems and the ability to learn new software and scheduling platforms quickly. - The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - A resilient and positive attitude, with a genuine desire to help people. - A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
