Position Summary

Essential Duties and Functions

- Perform and assist on various renovation tasks, including carpentry, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and plumbing.

- Handle repairs as required.

- Ensures work performed complies with local building codes, regulations, and meets WEL community standards.

- Ensures materials, tools, and equipment are used as designed.

- Follow safety protocols and practices on renovation sites.

Qualifications include:

- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in renovations team or construction crew. Preferably in a health care setting.

- Proficient in at least one renovation technique, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and fire protection.

- Painting experience is required.

Education:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.

Licensure/Certification

- OSHA 10-hour certification.
