**What You’ll Do**

Happy Tuna does not require you to have prior experience with sushi! Our specialty equipment and training allows anyone to make our sushi menu.

**Prepare Amazing Food**

- Prepare sushi, sashimi, sushi rice, vegetables, and other menu items to Happy Tuna standards while keeping your station clean, stocked, and organized
- Follow HACCP and all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper food handling, temperatures, storage, and product rotation
- Inspect ingredients for freshness, maintain accurate portions and presentation, and ensure every order meets quality standards before it is served

**Be a Key Part of the Team**

- Execute orders accurately and efficiently, communicate special requests and allergies
- Work in a positive, energetic environment where teammates support each other and leaders invest in your development

**Qualifications**

- 0-1 years of experience (no prior experience with sushi required!)
- Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail
- Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions
- Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
