**Now Hiring – General Manager** **Zoi Mediterranean Cuisine | New York City**

Zoi Mediterranean Cuisine is looking for an experienced, passionate, and results-driven **General Manager** to lead our team and oversee daily restaurant operations.

**Responsibilities**

- Manage all front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Recruit, train, and develop team members
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, inventory, and daily reporting
- Work closely with ownership to achieve business goals
- Lead the team by example with a positive and professional attitude

**Qualifications**

- Minimum 6 years of restaurant management experience (fine dining preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with POS systems and restaurant operations
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Authorization to work in the United States
