Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Revenue Manager/Revenue Manager based in Faridabad. Reporting to the General Manager - Revenue Management, this role will support the Revenue Management team in driving pricing strategy, distribution performance, reporting, forecasting, and market analysis across the CLLIX portfolio. The position will play a key role in maximising revenue, market share, and overall commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities Assist with daily pricing and revenue optimisation strategies Analyse hotel performance, market trends, and channel production Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and insights Conduct STR and competitor analysis to identify opportunities Support forecasting, budgeting, and promotional campaign analysis Manage and monitor OTA and distribution channel performance Assist with rate loading, room type setup, and inventory management Work closely with hotel operations, distribution, and commercial teams Support RMS Cloud and other revenue/distribution systems as required

Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel revenue management Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills Willingness to work in Australian business hours Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills Experience with hotel PMS and channel management systems Knowledge of RMS Cloud, SiteMinder, RateGain, STAAH or Sabre is highly regarded Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Hospitality, Tourism, or Business qualification preferred
