CSAM – Digital Sales - IC role

**Customer Segment:** SMB – North America

**Location:** Remote, India

**About the Role**

The CSAM – Digital Sales - IC role is focused on managing a large book of existing SMB customers, with a strong emphasis on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

**Responsibilities**

- Responsible for handling a large book of existing customers in SMB segment
- Prioritize accounts based on propensity to upsell and cross-sell
- Perform end-to-end sales on existing customers via upselling, cross-selling, or new acquisition

**Qualifications**

- 3 to 10 years of end-to-end SAAS sales experience in SMB segment
- Graduation or 3 years diploma post 12th
- US market experience (Preferred)

**Required Skills**

- Flawless communication skills
- Experience in end-to-end SAAS sales, preferably in the SMB segment
