Job Description
Our clients are looking for an experienced Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Manager to join their team at Farnborough. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping operational performance across the Group by leading and driving the Sales and Operations Planning process. As the S&OP Manager, you will be fully accountable for the end-to-end S&OP process, working closely with Finance, Strategy, and Sector leadership teams to ensure alignment between operational delivery, financial performance, and strategic business goals. Lead and manage the Group-wide Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process
Ensure alignment between operational plans and financial plans, based on consistent assumptions Drive financial and delivery performance through effective demand and supply planning Support the business in identifying, understanding, and managing risks and key decisions within the operational plan
Monitor, report, and communicate operational performance across the Group Work closely with Sector teams to understand performance trends and drive continuous improvement actions Maintain accountability for the operational plan baseline and manage changes while ensuring alignment with strategy and financial objectives
Significant experience leading Sales and Operations Planning within a large, complex matrix organisation Strong leadership capability with experience building, motivating, and developing high-performing teams Strong operational management skills with the ability to challenge existing behaviours and improve working practices
