Sales and Training Manager

We're excited to be recruiting for a Training Manager position on behalf of our client, a fast-growing luxury travel business with an international footprint. This is a key role focused on delivering a high quality sales induction programme for new starters, ensuring they are equipped with the product knowledge, sales confidence and customer mindset needed to succeed from day one. You will take ownership of a structured induction, support ongoing development across sales teams, and help shape a learning approach that can scale as the business continues to grow. Strong travel industry background, ideally within cruise. Experience coaching, mentoring or training in a sales or product setting. Willingness to travel internationally. Real scope to shape how learning and development evolves. Support from a senior leadership team that values growth and development, with a progression plan in place for this role.
