Sales Associate | Luxury Department Store, London We are seeking a confident and client-focused Sales Associate to join a luxury fashion concession within one of London’s leading department stores. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about premium retail, exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships. You will play a key role in delivering a high standard of service, supporting clients throughout the full shopping journey and contributing to strong commercial performance.

The ideal candidate will be a natural communicator with a genuine interest in fashion, styling and luxury retail, as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service in line with luxury brand standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

Support clienteling activity, appointments and follow-up to encourage repeat business. Drive personal sales and contribute to team targets and KPIs. Maintain strong product knowledge and confidently communicate brand values.

Support visual merchandising, stock management and store presentation. Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations. About You Previous experience in luxury or premium retail.

Strong sales ability with a client-first mindset. Passionate about fashion, styling and delivering an elevated shopping experience. Confident, proactive and well-presented.
