**Role:**\n **Sales Executive – Datia**

\n **Full-time | On-site**

\n **We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive** to grow our residential, commercial, and industrial solar business. 

**Key Responsibilities**\n \n 
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking .\n 
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solar solutions.\n 
- Prepare proposals, explain cost savings, technical benefits, and subsidies , and close sales.\n 
- Achieve sales targets and maintain a strong customer pipeline.\n 
- Coordinate with technical/installation teams for smooth project execution.\n 
- Build customer relationships and provide necessary after-sales support.\n 
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and government solar schemes .\n 

**Requirements**\n \n 
- Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.\n 
- Basic solar knowledge or willingness to learn.\n 
- Target-oriented with good follow-up and organizational skills.\n 
- Knowledge of Datia and nearby markets preferred.\n 
- Comfortable with field work and customer meetings.\n 
- Solar/renewable energy experience is an advantage.\n 
- Diploma/degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.\n 
- Basic MS Office and digital communication skills.\n 
- Ethical, self-motivated, and a strong team player.\n
