We're Hiring: Inside Sales Executive (2 Positions) | OAC Pens

OAC Pens — Own And Cherish. Since 1987.

We are a 40-year-old luxury house making handcrafted, hand-engraved, Meenakari-painted pens. We don't sell stationery. We sell heirlooms, to collectors, HNIs, and corporate gifting clients across India, UAE, Oman, Philippines, Canada & beyond.

We're scaling our sales team and looking for 2 Inside Sales Executives who can sell craft, story, and legacy — not discount.

What you'll actually do:

- Own inbound leads from website, ads, and referrals — convert them via calls & WhatsApp

- Handle both B2C (collectors, personal gifting) and B2B (CXOs, corporate gifting buyers)

- Consult, not just sell — understand craft, customization, and why a pen costs Rs. 15k-50k+

- Persistent, professional follow-ups. We sell luxury, we don't chase.

- Maintain 100% discipline on CRM — every call, every conversation, every outcome logged

Who will thrive here:

- 2-3+ years in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Closing — must have experience in luxury, premium, jewellery, high-ticket B2C/B2B, real estate, or premium ed-tech.

- Comfortable selling Rs. 15,000 - 50,000+ products without dropping price.

- Excellent spoken English + Hindi. Malayalam / Tamil / Kannada is a big plus for our GCC clients.

- Self-driven and high-ownership. We track activity daily — if you need to be pushed to make calls, this is not for you.

- A genuine love for craft, heritage, art, or luxury.

Location & Work Mode:

This is a Work From Office role based in Coonoor, Tamil Nadu (Our HQ & Atelier). We provide relocation support for the right candidate.

We are actively considering candidates from Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Erode, Palakkad, Kochi, Bangalore and anyone willing to relocate to the Nilgiris.
