Position: **Agency Development Manager – BFSI Sales**

Location: **Mumbai, Maharashtra**

CTC: **Up to ₹5.50 LPA + Attractive Incentives**

Experience: **3+ Years** in **Life Insurance, Banking, Finance, Loans, Mutual Funds, General Insurance, Health Insurance, or any BFSI Sales**

Qualification: **Graduate Mandatory**

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Recruit and develop agency advisors and sales representatives.
- Drive sales through the agency channel and achieve assigned business targets.
- Build strong relationships with advisors, partners, and customers.
- Monitor team productivity and provide regular guidance and motivation.
- Generate business through field activities, referrals, and local networking.
