## Job Description

Business Development Manager 

**Location:** Vasant Vihar, New Delhi

JDMC International is hiring its **first team member** for a new consumer products vertical.

This isn‘t a traditional sales role. You‘ll work directly with leadership to help build a business from the ground up- driving growth across field sales, e-commerce marketplaces, and new distribution channels. If you enjoy taking ownership, solving problems, and wearing multiple hats, we‘d like to hear from you.

What You‘ll Do 
- Develop and manage relationships with premium B2B customers and channel partners.
- Generate new business through field sales and client meetings.
- Manage marketplace operations across Amazon, Blinkit, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate product launches, listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across online channels.
- Support growth through social commerce and digital sales initiatives.
- Identify new opportunities for expansion and help execute the company‘s go-to-market strategy.
- Work closely with leadership on sales planning, customer acquisition, and business development.

We‘re Looking For 
- 2–3 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Blinkit, Flipkart, etc.).
- 1–2 years of field sales or business development experience.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Highly organized, proactive, and eager to take ownership.
- Proficient with Excel and standard business tools.
