## Job Description

Our Client is seeking an experienced SAP PP Data Migration Consultant to support a large-scale SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation. This role will lead and execute Production Planning (PP) data migration activities, ensuring the successful conversion, validation, and deployment of critical manufacturing master and transactional data.

### Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP PP data migration planning, execution, testing, and cutover activities.

- Analyze legacy manufacturing and planning data, identify data quality issues, and define transformation and mapping requirements.

- Migrate and validate PP master data including Material Master, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, MRP data, Production Supply Areas, Planning Strategies, and related manufacturing objects.

- Support transactional data migration including PIRs, Planned Orders, Production Orders, Process Orders, Capacity Planning data, Purchase Requisitions, Reservations, and open manufacturing transactions.

- Develop and execute migration test plans across Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and cutover rehearsals.

- Perform data reconciliation, defect resolution, cleansing, enrichment, and governance activities.

- Support cutover planning, final production data loads, go-live validation, and hypercare support.

- Collaborate closely with SAP PP, MM, QM, EWM, SD, Supply Chain, Engineering, Master Data Governance, and technical conversion teams.

### Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

- 5+ years of SAP PP functional experience.

- 3+ years of SAP data migration experience.

- Hands-on experience supporting SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations.

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, MRP, BOMs, routings, capacity planning, and shop floor execution.

- SAP PP, MRP, Production Orders, Demand Management, Capacity Planning

- SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services (BODS), LSMW, Winshuttle, and ETL/Data Conversion tools

- Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, SAP Analytics

- Data Mapping, Functional Specifications, Test Scripts, Defect Management, and Reconciliation Reporting

- SAP S/4HANA migration project experience.

- Experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM), APO, IBP, or PP/DS

- Knowledge of SAP MDG (Master Data Governance)

### Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greensboro, NC.

### Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.53 - $67.39/hr.
