**Job Description**:

**Role Summary**

SAP SDM responsible for **end‑to‑end delivery and governance of SAP services (AMS / Projects / Enhancements)** across customer accounts. The role acts as the **primary interface between client stakeholders and delivery teams**, ensuring **SLA adherence, service quality, operational stability, and continuous improvement**.

**Key Skills & Competencies**

**Functional & Technical**

- Strong SAP expertise (S/4HANA / ECC)
- Understanding of:
- SAP modules (SD/MM/FICO/PP etc.)
- SAP integrations (PI/PO, APIs, BTP)
- Knowledge of AMS and support models

**Service Management**

- ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release)
- SLA/KPI governance and reporting
- Experience in ServiceNow or similar tools

**Leadership & Soft Skills**

- Stakeholder management & CXO engagement
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Decision-making and problem solving
- Team leadership across global delivery models

**Experience & Qualification**

- 15 - 25 years overall experience
- Minimum 5+ years in SAP SDM / Delivery Manager role
- Proven experience in:
- SAP AMS & project delivery
- Multi-client / multi-geography engagements
- Preferred:
- PMP / ITIL Certification
- SAP certifications
