Bandi Informatics is hiring ONE exceptional Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA to lead accounting across our growing US-based operations.

\n We are looking for a precision-driven finance professional who can take ownership of accounting across multiple US entities and grow into a Controller / Head of Finance role.

The Opportunity\n This is more than a bookkeeping position. We are seeking an experienced CA/CPA with strong US accounting knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and the ambition to build a long-term career with our organization.

Key Responsibilities\n • Full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping in QuickBooks across multiple US entities

\n • Accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing & insurance-claim receivables

\n • Bank, credit-card & inter-company reconciliations

\n • Construction job costing & real-estate project cost tracking

\n • Monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow & MIS reporting

\n • Entity-wise and consolidated financial reporting

\n • Budgeting, variance analysis & profitability reporting

\n • Coordination with our US CPA firm on tax filings, 1099s & compliance

\n • Maintaining clean, accurate and audit-ready books

Must-Have Requirements — Non-Negotiable\n CA (ICAI) or CPA qualified from a top-tier college/institute

\n Outstanding academic record — at or near gold-medalist level

\n Distinction in Accounting and Mathematics is mandatory

\n Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience

\n Expert-level QuickBooks proficiency — Online and/or Desktop; will be tested

\n Exceptional attention to detail and a zero-error mindset

\n Smart, alert, analytical, organized and quick-thinking

\n Excellent spoken and written English

\n Pleasant, professional and collaborative personality

\n Three professional references — mandatory and subject to verification

\n Ambitious, dependable and interested in a long-term career
