Senior Associate Attorney

We are looking for a talented lawyer to meet the firm's growing corporate practice. The role involves working on commercial transactions including private equity/venture capital and mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with or being a part of corporate transactions.

We are looking for a team member who is eager to take charge and lead transactions. ResponsibilitiesDrafting and negotiating commercial agreements (SSAs/SHAs/Investment Agreements etc)Advising clients on issues related to commercial transactions particularly capital raise and acquisitionsMaintain client relationships QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong legal knowledge
