\n Responsibilities\n \n 
- Responsible for supporting project’s prioritization\n 
- Responsible for the management, coaching, and mentoring of a small team of more junior Business Analysts.\n 
- Leads or participates in various workshops to define and design automation solutions\n 
- Responsible of having documents for all process requirements and flow prior and after automation using standardize documents\n 
- Responsible of all stakeholders being well informed of the status of development requirements and scope\n 
- Leads and/or participates in the problem identification/error resolution process\n 
- Participates on sign-off approvals by business and/or technical staff to certify successful results of milestone deliverable(s) or phase completion, including process development and deployment\n 
- Responsible of following project governance (project phases)\n 
- Responsible to have the relevant reporting in place for automated solutions\n 
- Constantly liaise with process owners to raise operational improvements and brainstorm for automation ideas\n 
- Oversees continuous improvement and optimization on automated processes\n 
- Conducts effective performance evaluations and mentors developers through formal and informal channels\n 
- Offers support to Developer Lead and to Maintenance Lead, and collaborates with both to continuously improve delivery.\n 

Requirements\n \n 
- University degree\n 
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, drive for simplicity and clarity\n 
- Excellent organizational skills and time management\n 
- Keen to have a deeper understanding on all processes and to improve the cohesion between the teams\n 
- Plan effectively and efficiently, with an ability to adapt to changing circumstances and deliver under pressure\n 
- Resiliency: be able to push forward when things are changing or not going as expected\n 
- Understands the structures of the business and the people/teams needed to leverage and achieve a result\n 
- Analytical mindset\n 
- Excellent know-how on operational tools, processes and stakeholders\n 
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills\n

- Detail-oriented and thorough and excellent time management skills\n
