PU Prime is a leading global CFD broker serving clients in **190+ countries**. As part of our expansion in India, we are looking for an experienced **Senior Business Development Manager / Team Leader** to drive business growth, lead a sales team, and expand our IB and client network.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Business Development Managers.
- Bring an existing team, active IB network, and client portfolio.
- Recruit and onboard new BDMs, IBs, Affiliates, and strategic partners.
- Drive Net Deposits, trading volume, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IBs, Affiliates, and high-value clients.
- Set team KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure monthly targets are achieved.
- Develop and execute business development strategies for the India market.
- Work closely with Marketing and Senior Management to support market growth.

Requirements

- 3+ years of Business Development or Sales experience in the Forex & CFD industry.
- Proven experience leading a sales or BDM team.
- Existing team, IB network, and active client portfolio are highly preferred.
- Proven track record in Net Deposits, trading volume, and client acquisition.
- Ability to provide the last 3 months business performance records.
- Strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, MT4/MT5, CRM, and IB partnership models.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
