### Senior Clinical Engagement Project Manager

Our client, a health-tech organization dedicated to simplifying and modernizing clinical trials are currently recruiting for a Senior Clinical Engagement Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role provides hybrid working.

As Senior Clinical Engagement Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of digital clinical trial solutions to enterprise clients. You will serve as the primary relationship owner and strategic advisor for key accounts, partnering with clinical study teams to drive site engagement, maximize platform adoption, and leverage analytics to improve trial outcomes.

### Key Responsibilities

### Account Management & Client Success

- Serve as the lead point of contact for key existing clients, building long-term, productive relationships with executive stakeholders and study teams.
- Manage day-to-day client interactions to ensure high satisfaction through regular communication, strategic meetings, and client visits.
- Proactively identify potential risks in client relationships, intervening swiftly to resolve issues and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
- Educate clients on new software features, emerging solutions, and industry best practices.

### Clinical Engagement Strategy & Analytics

- Develop and execute site engagement strategies with clinical study teams using proprietary platform tools, data insights, and communication channels.
- Analyze platform metrics and trial data to deliver actionable insights that add tangible value to clinical programs.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of customized solutions aligned with client operational objectives.

### Strategic & Commercial Growth

- Collaborate with sales and commercial leadership to support account growth, renew contracts, and achieve revenue targets.
- Assist senior leadership in refining overall engagement strategy, operational processes, and executive reporting.

### Team Leadership & Operational Excellence

- Provide training & mentorship to assigned members of the Engagement Project Management team.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and contribute to the evolution of the engagement team's playbook.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams.

### Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in healthcare project management, account management, or clinical research OR 3+ years of direct experience in clinical trial management or health-tech software delivery.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related discipline (Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or Technology) or equivalent practical experience.
- Client Delivery: Proven track record of delivering client-focused technology solutions tailored to complex stakeholder needs.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex accounts and deliverables simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Relationship & communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to manage client expectations and influence senior decision-makers.
