Senior Creative Strategist - Copy (Schbang Bengaluru On-site)
Role OverviewWe're looking for a Senior Copywriter / Creative Strategist who can lead digital-first thinking, craft strong campaign narratives, and drive high-impact creative across platforms. This role demands someone who can own ideas end-to-end-from insight to execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead conceptualization of integrated, digital-first campaignsDevelop big campaign ideas, storytelling frameworks, and creative directionsWrite high-quality copy across social, digital, films (TVCs/DVCs), and branded contentScript and supervise ad films, reels, and short-form video contentTranslate consumer insights, trends, and cultural moments into compelling ideasCollaborate cross-functionally with strategy, design, video, and account teamsPresent and pitch ideas confidently to internal teams and clientsMentor junior writers and contribute to raising overall creative quality
Requirements2-4 years of experience in an advertising/digital agencyStrong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns and digital-first workExperience across Food & Beverage, FMCG, Beauty, and Fashion brandsProven ability to lead ideas, not just execute copyStrong understanding of content ecosystems-social, reels, films, and digital campaignsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
