Senior Hospital Sales Executive

A pathology laboratory is expanding its services and seeking experienced Senior Hospital

Sales Executives for field-based roles across multiple U.S. regions. This opportunity is ideal

for sales professionals with a strong background selling to hospitals, healthcare systems,

lab leadership, and procurement teams.

In this role, the Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business, expanding

hospital accounts, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with

healthcare decision-makers. The position requires a proven record of meeting or exceeding

sales goals, strong knowledge of hospital purchasing processes, and the ability to travel

extensively within the assigned territory.

The employer is oƯering a competitive compensation package, including a $160,000 base

salary plus a first-year bonus opportunity of $100,000, with additional upside for exceeding

revenue goals and no upper limit on bonus potential.

Ideal candidates will have:

- 5 years of direct hospital sales experience
- Experience selling clinical lab services, medical devices, or other products/services into hospitals
- A successful history of quota achievement and new business development
- Strong relationships with hospital leadership, lab directors, procurement teams, or healthcare system decision-makers
- The ability to work independently in a field-based role and travel throughout the assigned region

Open territories include the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, Southwest, and Northwest regions.
