Overview of the role

The Senior HR Analyst position focuses on leading and optimizing people-related processes, ensuring alignment between HR practices and business objectives. Key responsibilities

Requirements

- Complex Case Management: Ability to manage complex HR cases and sensitive situations effectively.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

- Communication Excellence: Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English.
