HR Business Partner/ Change Management Lead - Media

Hybrid working - very flexible, can be manly remote with occasional travel to London office

6 month FTC

We ae currently working on a confidential people change role for a client in the media space. Due to an ongoing transformation project this business is about to embark on a redundancy and restructure project and they are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with strong end to end change experience to take the lead.

This role is for someone who doesn't just advise strategically on change, but rolls their sleeves up and delivers. You will be experienced in running consultation from start to finish, being hands on with comms, and coaching managers through the process. There will be both individual and collective processes running so you will be comfortable with managing multiple projects.

As well as being the contact from a people perspective you will be able to demonstrate high level project management skills, keeping processes running smoothly and managing stakeholders expectations at a senior level.
