Hiring: Senior Interior DesignerWe are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a technical powerhouse who can seamlessly bridge the gap between creative vision and on-site execution. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from the initial technical drawings to the final vendor hand-off.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Documentation: Create comprehensive 2D detailed drawing sets, including plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details.Visual Communication: Develop high-quality 3D models and renderings to effectively communicate design intent.Material Curation: Source and specify interior materials, finishes, and hardware with a deep understanding of durability, cost, and aesthetic value.Site Supervision: Lead site visits to ensure construction aligns with design specifications and resolve any real-time technical challenges.Vendor Management: Coordinate with contractors, specialized vendors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery and quality control.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end residential or commercial interior design.Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD (2D), SketchUp/3ds and other 3D softwares.Technical Knowledge: Exceptional understanding of civil work, electrical layouts, plumbing, and bespoke furniture construction.Coordination: Proven track record of managing vendors and handling complex site conditions.Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating both aesthetic sensibility and technical precision (including construction drawing sets).
