- Deliver litigation services to the organization and its subsidiaries
- Draft pleadings, mediation briefs, and other legal documents
- Represent in court for motions and discovery
- Negotiate disputes favorably and strategically
- Provide legal opinions on broader litigation issuesRequirements:
- Law Degree (LLB or JD) with 5–10 years experience required
- Licensed by Law Society of Ontario
- Strong judgment and advocacy skills
- Experience in life insurance litigation preferred
