## Job Description

- Lead global Finance Master Operations for Supply Chain, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and governance of finance master data across SC&O systems

- Own and continuously improve end-to-end master data processes, including cost elements, valuation, profit centers, and internal orders

- Partner with Global Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Shared Services to align master data design with operational and business requirements

- Serve as a finance systems leader for SC&O platforms, including ERP and adjacent systems, supporting enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives

- Establish and maintain governance, controls, and compliance standards for audit readiness and regulatory requirements

- Lead, mentor, and develop a global team and/or matrixed resources

- Drive resolution of complex master data and systems challenges affecting supply chain performance

- Provide subject-matter expertise and decision support for supply chain finance initiatives, standardization, and process harmonization

### Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field

- 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance, supply chain finance, or finance systems roles within a global organization

- Experience leading or governing finance master data and related processes in enterprise systems, such as ERP

- Strong understanding of supply chain operations and financial impacts across manufacturing, logistics, inventory, and costing

- Ability to lead cross-functional, global stakeholders and influence without direct authority

- Experience driving process standardization, controls, and continuous improvement in a regulated environment

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills

- English required; additional languages preferred

- Up to approximately 15% domestic and international travel

- MBA or advanced degree preferred

- Experience with large-scale system transformations or ERP implementations preferred

- Prior people management or matrix leadership experience preferred

- Familiarity with medical device, life sciences, or similarly regulated industries preferred

- CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred
