## Job Description

- Supports the Testing team in gaining an understanding of changes being executed

- Leads the resolution of defects, providing necessary documentation

- Coordinates with the business to execute on defined project tasks

- Analyzes current state processes, operations, procedures, and workflows

- Manages and administers key activities to support medium to large projects

- Communicates at all levels with business owners and stakeholders

### Requirements

- 1+ years of experience supporting operational or project-related initiatives

- Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements

- Brokerage or Investment Management Business or Support Experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills

- Experience managing and facilitating meetings including virtual and hybrid forums
