## Job Description

- Establishing the global strategic direction for consumer marketing of next-generation Omnipod Automated Insulin Delivery (AID) systems.

- Developing compelling value propositions and marketing strategies.

- Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams, including Product Management and Market Research.

- Leading consumer strategy and insights, developing marketing foundations, supporting go-to-market execution, and making decisions regarding product messaging and positioning.

### Requirements

- At least 10 years’ experience consumer product marketing strategy and execution, ideally within medical device, pharmaceutical and/or diabetes industry.

- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.

### Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in consumer product marketing strategy and execution, particularly within the medical device and pharmaceutical sectors. Proven ability to develop compelling value propositions and lead cross-functional collaboration to drive successful go-to-market strategies.
