Construction Project Manager - (Commercial, Multi Use, Medical etc...) Direct Hire Oklahoma City, OK 73104 Travel occasionally, primarily in the metro area Salary up to $135,000.00 based on matching experience and qualifications. Description Manage the overall project direction, completion and financial outcome for assigned projects. Responsible for directing and mentoring on-site staff (lead engineers, foremen, etc) Responsibilities * Leads Strategy Conflict Resolution Process with Owners with PD Guidance * Leads implementation of all company safety policies * Serve as Owner/Client Interface * Serve as Client - Project Executive Point of Contact Co-Lead Pursuit * Strategy with Marketing/Business development * Assistance Oversight of Change Management Process * Develops project staffing plan * Oversees successful development and implementation of Project * Able to Manage Large, Complex, and/or Multiple Jobs Review & Approve Project * Assists in negotiating and finalizing Owner Contract Agreements * Other duties as assigned Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent experience * 15+ years' experience. * Manage multiple projects $75 million+ * Contracts and Risk Management * Budgeting experience * Microsoft Office * Document control and scheduling software experience * OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification and First Aid & CPR Training and Certification. * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Develop or maintain relationships with clients and team members * Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality * Dependability * Decision-making/problem-solving skills * Comfortable public speaking skills WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORTS: Adapt to all types of weather conditions and traverse and inspect all areas of a construction site.

Ability to: Physically stand, bend, sit and squat throughout the day. Repetitive movments. Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds at a time.
