**Target Market:** US & Canada Clients

*About the Role* We are looking for a **results-driven Sales Representative** who is confident speaking with customers, understanding their needs, and **converting sales opportunities into paying clients**.

This role is ideal for someone with experience handling **B2C sales calls for US or Canadian customers**, preferably within the **home services industry**. We are **not** simply looking for someone who can make a high volume of cold calls — we need someone who can **build rapport, identify customer needs, overcome objections, follow up, and close the sale**.

Key Responsibilities 
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with customers in the US and Canada.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate home service.
- Convert leads and inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
- Identify buying signals and confidently ask for the sale.
- Handle objections related to pricing, service, timing, and competition.
- Follow up with leads who have not yet converted.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Work independently during the assigned night shift while maintaining consistent productivity.

- What We’re Looking For 
- B2C sales experience is required.
- Experience handling US or Canadian customers is strongly preferred.
- Previous night shift experience is a MUST, particularly experience working with North American clients.
- Experience in the home services industry (cleaning, HVAC, landscaping, pest control, moving, repairs, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and match them with the right service.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to convert leads into sales, not just make calls.
- Comfortable discussing pricing and confidently closing customers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales enablement platforms to track activities, maintain accurate data.

**Salary Range: INR 60-80k/month**
