**Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate**

About the Role We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated **Senior Sales Executive** with experience in the **Real Estate industry**. Candidates with experience in **Commercial or Industrial Real Estate** will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities 
- Generate and manage potential clients and property investors.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct client meetings and property site visits.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements 
- 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory.
- Experience in Commercial or Industrial Real Estate is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to independently handle clients and field meetings.
- Strong sales, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
