### Responsibilities include:

- Essential: Candidates must have a minimum of: QQI Level 7 in Applied Social Care (or an equivalent qualification recognisedforCORUregistration as a Social Care Worker.

### Criteria:

### In addition to the above qualifications, candidates must have:

- At least 3 years post graduate experience in a mainstream residential centre
- Team Leader experience in a mainstream residential centre
- CORU Registration completed or the applicationcommenced.
- Experience in supporting vulnerable young people with a trauma-informedapproach.
- Candidates must also have a deep commitment to children’s rights and childprotection and enjoy working in a dynamic, challenging environment
- Knowledge and experience of implementing National Standards forChildren’sResidential Centre
- Monthly Wellbeing Allowance
- Sunday Premium
- Double time payment for Bank Holiday Hours
