About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Social media Manager and Visual Designer with 4-6 years of experience to oversee our social media strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
- Experience: 4-6 years
- Core Skill: 360° Social Campaign Planning & Execution (end-to-end)
- Key Duties: Strategy Alignment, Performance Monitoring, Cross-functional Collaboration
- Must-Haves: Strong Content & Visual knowledge, Expertise in Meta Business
- Bonus: Support/Lead broader Brand Marketing Projects and team
- Essential: Stay updated on industry trends/tools
Content Creation: Design daily social media assets, including Instagram Stories, Thumbnails, carousels, and static posts.
Campaign Execution: Work with the social media team to launch new collections and campaigns by creating cohesive digital identities for them.
Video & Motion: Basic video editing and motion graphics.
Trend Jacking: Quickly pivot to create content based on viral social trends, memes, or \"moment marketing\" while keeping the brand’s premium feel.
Brand Consistency: Ensure every pixel reflects GIVA’s signature look—clean typography, soft color palettes, and high-clarity product focus.
Software Toolkit: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator are non-negotiable). Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a massive plus.
Aesthetic Sense: A strong eye for layout, color theory, and specifically jewelry photography retouching etc..
