### Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist | North Orange County, CA | $85,000–$90,000 DOE

### What You'll Do

- Own full-cycle recruiting for leadership and corporate positions

- Drive Store Manager and field leadership recruitment across multiple states

- Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and social recruiting

- Partner closely with Operations, HR, Training, and business leaders to develop hiring strategies

- Champion an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation to offer acceptance

- Utilize recruiting data and hiring metrics to improve outcomes and influence decision-making

- Support employer branding initiatives and help tell the company's culture story across platforms

### What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience

- Experience recruiting leadership-level talent

- Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms

- Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring leaders

- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or multi-unit environments is highly preferred
