**Senior Tax Manager | Client Advisory & Tax Planning Leader | Hybrid Flexibility Available**

Financial Solution Advisors is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our growing team. This leadership role offers the opportunity to serve as a trusted advisor to closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals while mentoring staff and helping shape the future of our tax practice.

### Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to business and individual clients.

- Review complex federal and state tax returns, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.

- Serve as a technical resource for staff and clients on advanced tax matters.

- Manage a portfolio of business and high-net-worth clients.

- Mentor, coach, and develop tax professionals.

- Participate in practice development and strategic growth initiatives.

- Build and strengthen relationships with referral sources and centers of influence.

- Monitor engagement budgets, deadlines, and client service expectations.

- Represent clients before federal, state, and local tax authorities when necessary.

### Qualifications

- Active Florida CPA license required.

- 7+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience.

- Strong experience with pass-through entities, corporations, trusts, and individual taxation.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.

- Excellent client relationship and business development skills.

- Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing professional staff.

- Experience with UltraTax or similar tax software preferred.

### Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: $100,000–$130,000, depending on experience.
