**Job Title: Senior Video Editor**

**Location:** Lado Sarai, Saket, Delhi (On-Site Role)

**Experience Level:** 3+ years

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a talented and experienced **Senior Video Editor** to lead post-production efforts and craft compelling visual stories that engage, inform, and inspire. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, advanced editing skills, and the ability to transform raw footage into high-quality content across platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the editing and post-production process for a variety of video projects including branded content, ads, corporate films, social media reels, product explainers, and more.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, content writers, and graphic designers to bring concepts to life.
- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and meet creative objectives.
- Apply advanced editing techniques, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Manage timelines, revisions, and delivery of final assets in required formats.
- Provide creative direction to junior editors and assist with project workflow.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, editing software, and new storytelling techniques.

**Requirements:**

- 3+ years of professional experience in video editing and post-production.
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual composition skills.
- Solid understanding of color grading, audio mixing, and visual effects.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and formats.
- Experience in directing edits independently with minimal supervision.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience working in an agency, production house, or digital media company.
- Knowledge of animation, 3D editing, or other advanced post-production tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram Reels, and short-form content formats.
