About the Role

We are looking for a Service Account Manager (SAM) to strengthen client relationships, ensure high customer satisfaction, and drive retention and expansion across assigned accounts.

Responsibilitie

Own and manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships

Develop account strategies to meet customer goals and business objectives

Build trust-based relationships with client stakeholders

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for growth

Partner with Sales, Product, and Support teams for seamless service delivery

Track account performance, identify risks, and implement solutions

Share insights, reports, and recommendations with leadership

Qualifications

5–8 years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales

Required Skills

Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills

Ability to understand customer objectives and design tailored solutions

Strategic and analytical thinker who thrives in dynamic environments
