Role: Service Desk trainerLocation: BangaloreExp: 4-8 YrsMode of interview : Walk in drive on saturday (9-May-26) F2F in personMust Have Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills; precise written documentationExperience auditing ticket quality, call/chat/email interactions, and KB/article effectivenessAbility to identify/diagnose issues, categorize/record deviations, and advise on corrective actionsProblem-solving with coaching mindset; collaborate with Lead for upskilling and productivityTime management; multi-tasking; work with minimum supervision and quick learning skillsInterpersonal and negotiation skills for calibrationand stakeholder consensus Technical and system expertise (networking, active directory, DNS)Good to have:Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesTeamwork and collaborationIdentify and diagnose issues and problemsCategorize and record reported queries and provide solutionsSupport problem identificationAdvise users on appropriate course of actionMonitor issues from start to resolution
