## Job Description

My Dublin based client is recruiting for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect this is a perm role working on a hybrid model.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and maintain scalable ServiceNow platform architecture aligned with business and IT objectives.
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of core ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.
- Develop enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Performance Analytics, Dashboards, and Reporting tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Ensure platform governance, security, performance, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
- Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise applications.
- Support the strategic roadmap for platform enhancements and future capability expansion.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to developers, administrators, and project teams.
- Conduct solution and architecture reviews to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with organisational standards.
- Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases, new features, and emerging industry best practices.

Skills & Experience

- Extensive experience delivering ServiceNow solutions within enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, capabilities, and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow applications.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using ServiceNow reporting and analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of CMDB architecture, data modelling, and service mapping principles.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading technical teams and delivering complex ServiceNow implementations.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent advanced certification highly desirable.
