Craft engaging narratives and compelling storylines that captivate viewers, leveraging creative writing and storytelling skills. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in short-form video content on Reels and other relevant platforms to keep our content fresh and competitive. Execute video shoots, including filming, editing, and post-production work, while ensuring high-quality output that meets platform-specific requirements. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas that showcase our brand's unique voice and personality.QualificationsComfortable in front of the camera with the ability to speak clearly and confidently, while also being knowledgeable about social media best practices (keywords, hashtags, etc.) Proven experience in content creation for Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, or similar platforms. Preferably has experience in the entertainment and edutainment niches, with the ability to make content that's both fun and educational. Strong understanding of social media trends and audience behavior. Excellent storytelling and creative thinking skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
