## Job Description

**Position Title: Software Engineer 3 (Martech / AdTech)**

**Job Description:**

**Roles & Responsibilities:**

- Design and develop scalable Martech / AdTech solutions across web, mobile, and backend systems
- Build and integrate APIs to support campaign delivery, personalization, and tracking
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver reliable and performant ad & marketing experiences
- Implement targeting and measurement capabilities using first- and third-party data
- Contribute to the architecture and technical roadmap of the Martech/AdTech stack
- Ensure security, compliance, and data quality across integrations and data flows
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to latency, delivery, and data consistency
- Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and platform capabilities (e.g. DSPs, DMPs, CDPs)
- Support experimentation, A/B testing, and audience segmentation infrastructure
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

**Technical Skills:**

- 8-12 - years of experience in software development
- Hands-on experience with AdTech or Martech platforms (DSP, DMP, CDP, CRM, tracking tools, etc.).
- Proficiency in programming (e.g., Python, Java, or similar).
- Experience with data integration, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (GCP / AWS / Azure).
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
