## Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Software Development Team Lead to lead a team of developers while remaining actively involved in software design, coding, and technical decision-making.

This role combines technical leadership with Agile delivery, helping guide projects from design through release while mentoring developers, driving code quality, removing technical blockers, and ensuring successful delivery.

### What you’ll bring:

- 5+ years of software development experience, including technical leadership or team lead responsibilities

- Strong background in software design, code reviews, debugging, testing, and release management

- Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning and backlog refinement

- Ability to mentor developers, remove technical blockers, and coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams

- Technical expertise in one or more of the following:

- Embedded C / Firmware

- Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

You’ll join a collaborative engineering team where you’ll influence technical direction, improve development practices, and play a key role in delivering high‑quality software solutions.
