We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Line Cook/Sous Chef to support and lead our kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role requires precision, efficiency, and strong leadership skills to ensure daily execution meets our quality and performance standards.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing high-volume kitchen operations with accuracy and efficiency

- Lead, motivate, and support a team of kitchen professionals

- Maintain exceptional attention to detail while multitasking effectively
