We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented **Sports Betting Settlement Operator** who thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are essential. **Key Responsibilities**

- Monitor live and completed sporting events to verify official results.
- Accurately and promptly settle betting markets in accordance with company procedures.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve settlement discrepancies and result-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with settlement rules, operational guidelines, and internal quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address market, trading, and settlement queries.
- Maintain exceptional accuracy, productivity, and attention to detail while meeting operational deadlines.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of settlement processes and workflows.

**What we are looking for:**

- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
