## Job Description

**Job Title:**Sr. Executive – US Accounting

**Job Location:** Pune

**Work Mode:** Work From Home

**Experience:**2+ Years

**Job Summary:**Atidiv is looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting professional to join our team in Pune. If you have strong experience in US Accounting, US GAAP, NetSuite, reconciliations, and financial reporting, we’d love to hear from you!

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage end-to-end US accounting processes for assigned clients/entities

• Prepare journal entries, maintain general ledger, and perform reconciliations

• Handle AP & AR activities

• Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

• Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and supporting schedules

• Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and company policies

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients on accounting queries

• Support FP&A and reporting activities

• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies within timelines

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives

**Qualifications :**

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, payroll processes, and tax regulations

• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite

• Experience with payroll software such as ADP/Paychex

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
