## Job Description

**Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate**

**Location:** Andheri West - Mumbai

**Experience:** 3–6 Years

**Salary:** ₹50,000 – ₹60,000/month

About the Role

We are looking for a **hands-on Senior Sales Executive** to drive sales, follow-ups and revenue for a growing real estate business.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive daily sales activities and achieve monthly targets.

· Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into site visits and bookings.

· Monitor and push Sales & Sourcing team members on their targets.

· Track leads, follow-ups, site visits and conversions.

· Keep CRM updated and maintain basic sales reports.

· Identify pending opportunities and ensure timely follow-up.

· Coordinate with Marketing, Sourcing and internal teams to improve conversions.

· Share daily/weekly sales performance updates with management.

We Are Looking For

· 3–6 years of hands-on sales experience.

· Real Estate / Builder experience preferred.

· Strong communication and follow-up skills.

· Target-driven and proactive.

· Good with basic Excel and CRM.

· Someone who takes ownership and gets things done.

· A go-getter who wants to grow with the business.

Please Note

· This role is not suitable for candidates looking for a back-office role.

· Candidates from Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane preferred.

· Salary: ₹50,000–₹60,000/month + performance incentives.
