## Job Description

**Location:** Fully Remote (India only)

**Availability:** Immediate joining preferred

**Preferred Candidate Locations:** Noida, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, and nearby NCR areas *(Preferred as the role may require occasional in-person training at our Noida Sector 62 office; however, candidates from across India are welcome to apply)*

**Shift Timing**

Fixed Night Shift (IST): 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM

**Role Overview**

Work remotely with Canadian clients and gain hands-on exposure to Canadian bookkeeping, tax, and compliance while supporting a British Columbia–based accounting firm. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with occasional in-person training sessions at our Noida Sector 62 office.

**Whom We‘re Looking For**

- 1–3 years of accounting experience (Canadian or US firm experience strongly preferred)
- CA Inter candidates or those who have completed articleship are welcome to apply
- Prior full night-shift work experience from India is a strong plus
- Must own a laptop/desktop with reliable high-speed internet
- NCR-based candidates preferred; candidates from other locations must be open to travelling to Noida Sector 62 for occasional training

**Key Responsibilities**

- Bookkeeping & reconciliations (Excel, QuickBooks Online)
- GST/HST/PST, payroll taxes, and corporate tax support
- Financial statement working papers
- Payroll processing and client onboarding
- Professional client communication via email and phone

**Tools & Skills**

- QuickBooks Online (mandatory)
- Excel & MS Office (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of IFRS / GAAP
- Strong written and spoken English communication, comfortable with Canadian/American accents

**Educational Qualifications**

- Bachelor‘s degree (Accounting or related field preferred)
