## Job Description

- Lead and oversee a team of licensed Strata Managers

- Manage administrative operations and supervise the Surrey office

- Train, supervise, and evaluate staff and office operations

- Participate in departmental committees

- Manage different structures, with duties and responsibilities varying by assignment

- Potentially manage a small strata portfolio

### Requirements

- Licensed Strata Manager

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strata management

- Excellent organizing and time management skills

- Ability to function in a high-volume, fast-paced, busy environment

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet precise deadlines

- Ability to adapt quickly to change

- Ability to learn new computer platforms quickly, including C3, Branch Access, and TownSquare

- Superior written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent computer skills and understanding of computer systems

- Successful track record working with clients and staff at all levels

- Ability to work independently

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Positive, enthusiastic, hands‑on approach and commitment to exceptional client service

- Ability and willingness to work outside regular business hours when required

- Clear understanding of the Real Estate Services Act and Strata Property Act and their application

- Valid BC driver's license and access to a motor vehicle
